Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

A: The 'Usually dispatches in' estimate on product pages indicates how long it normally takes for us to ship out a product.  Your order will normally take between 2 and 5 business days. Deliveries will be made between Monday to Friday during business hours. In the event of a longer delay we contact you. If you require urgent delivery we can use express couriers at extra charge to the customer. Please call to arrange this.

Q: Can we collect our order and pay on collection

A: Yes, PalaeoGraphics P/L (Buymac.com.au) is based in Melbourne. We have a store located Glenhuntly Road, Elsternwick. Whether you wish to collect your order, pay in person or view the latest products you are welcome to pay us a visit. Please call 1800 289 622 or 9532 4855 to confirm availability prior to picking up.

Q: I would like to know how your goods are delivered as I have given my home address for an order and  I will not be home weekdays.

A: It is highly recommend that you use a delivery address that is attended to during the day. We use courier delivery who will leave a tag if the address is unattended. The courier company will not call prior to delivery.  The couriers we use do not deliver to certain areas such as Norfolk, Christmas Island and Cocos Island.
